REFUND METHOD & TIMING

  • Return Window: 14 days from date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

  • Refund Type: Original payment method (credit card, Venmo, etc.).

  • Timing: Processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Store Credit? Available upon request — just let us know.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom or personalized orders (e.g., special scent blends).

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale).

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Must include original receipt or order confirmation.

  • Must be returned in resalable condition — no stains, damage, or signs of use.
